Celeste Fay

Celeste Fay is headteacher of Orchardside School which is the Enfield Pupil Referral Unit. Celeste has been teaching for more than 20 years and spent the majority of her career within mainstream settings. She was then appointed to headteacher at Orchardside in July 2018, making the transition to the Alternative Provision sector. She is extremely passionate about ensuring young people are given the opportunities they deserve to help them feel supported, inspired and motivated to re-engage with their learning and set them up for future success.
