Adele Christofi

Trustee

Adele has lived in Enfield her whole life, meaning she is incredibly familiar with the community and specifically the context that its young people are growing up in.

She has a degree in Drama and Education from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, and also completed a PGCE in drama at the same university. She was a teacher of Drama and English at Queen Elizabeth’s Girls’ School in Barnet for eight years, before stepping into the senior leadership team at Holy Family Catholic School in Walthamstow, where she worked for 13 years – eventually becoming Head of the Upper School. During this period, she completed the National Professional Qualification for Headship at the Institute of Education. Adele then took up headship at Laurel Park in September 2022, and has since been strongly advocating experiences and opportunities, including vocational based learning, to better support the needs of her students and really help change lives in the community.
